Getting Started
Setting up your Blackberry handheld to send and receive emails couldn't be easier.
The quickest and easiest way is via the set up wizard on your BlackBerry smartphone. Follow these simple step by step instructions to start exchanging emails with friends and colleagues before you know it.
- Insert your SIM card and enter the SIM PIN number (this is 0000)
- Check you have data coverage - shown by the network indicator (usually "GPRS") in capital letters in the top right hand side of the screen
- Go to the main menu and click on the E-mail Settings icon

- Follow the onscreen instructions (you may need to scroll down the page)
- Agree to the terms and conditions
- You should now either:
a. Enter your existing Internet Service Provider email address and password
b. Click on Create A BlackBerry Email Address - Once you have entered the first email address or created your BlackBerry email address you can add additional email addresses by clicking on Add An Email Address
