It's easy to manage your budget with BlackBerry Enterprise Solution. The Line Rental Charge is £28 a month and this stays the same however much UK BlackBerry data you use. Your monthly Line Rental Charge includes:

* Your monthly line rental includes web browsing using the BlackBerry browser and O2 Active (WAP). Some non RIM manufactured (BlackBerry Connect) devices do not support the BlackBerry browser. You will lose any inclusive data allowance you have with your O2 voice tariff when you add on a BlackBerry tariff.

Free server software for businesses with less than 30 BlackBerry users, using Microsoft Exchange or Lotus Domino email.

New BlackBerry® Professional Software supports up to 30 BlackBerry Enterprise Solution end users and is designed specifically for small and medium-sized businesses.

BlackBerry Professional Software installs easily on your existing Microsoft® Exchange® or IBM® Lotus® Domino® email server, saving you money as you don't need to purchase additional hardware. A set-up wizard simplifies the installation process for you and gets you set up quickly.

BlackBerry Professional Software makes it easy for you to control your BlackBerry user base. You can quickly access key functions like add/delete user. And IT policies for your business are available as ready made templates.

BlackBerry Professional Software Express Free Offer

BlackBerry® Professional Software is available as a free offer from RIM, providing you with one copy of the BlackBerry Professional Software, with one user license included (expandable to 30 users with the purchase of additional Client Access Licenses from O2). Talk to O2 about getting set up with your BlackBerry smartphones and BlackBerry Enterprise Solution and once you have your BlackBerry device you can download the free software.

As well as the user licence that is included with your BlackBerry Professional Software, you can buy additional licences from O2.

Novell® GroupWise email

If your company uses Novell® GroupWise email, the Small Business Edition BlackBerry Enterprise Server supporting up to 15 BlackBerry users is available free as a special offer from RIM including 5 end user licenses. The standard RRP is £650. You can buy extra user licenses - our single user licence or 5 user licence pack are both compatible.

For businesses with more than 30 BlackBerry users

If your business has more than 30 BlackBerry users, you can buy the BlackBerry Enterprise Server software together with 20 end-user licences for £2,500.

When you set up you BlackBerry Enterprise Server software from O2, you can also send one person to attend an IT Helpdesk Training Course on O2 premises free of charge.

Minimum subscription period

The Minimum Period you can subscribe to this service is 12 months. This is the same whether you choose a data only service or a service with a new voice contract. If the BlackBerry Enterprise Service tariff is added to an existing voice contract, the Minimum Period of the original SIM card may need to be extended.
